US residential installer Titan Solar Power shuts down business

Titan Solar Power, a US residential installer founded in 2013 in Arizona, ceased operations due to failed negotiations with a potential buyer. The company was present in 16 states and faced scrutiny from the Nevada State Contractors Board. This closure adds to the negative trend in the US residential solar market. SunPower also faced financial challenges. Trade associations predict a downturn in 2024, especially in California due to policy changes.
