Vestas picks up turbine order for 124-MW wind project in Lithuania

Vestas Wind Systems A/S received a wind turbine order from customers in the Baltic region for a 124-MW project in Lithuania. Danish Vestas will supply, deliver, and commission 20 V162-6.2 MW turbines for the Telsiai wind farm project acquired by Latvian state-owned utility Latvenergo AS from Estonia's Utilitas Wind. The order also includes servicing under an AOM 5000 agreement. Delivery and commissioning are expected in early 2026.
