Vestas picks up turbine order for 124-MW wind project in Lithuania

Vestas Wind Systems A/S received a wind turbine order for a 124-MW project in Lithuania from customers in the Baltic region. The order includes 20 pieces of V162-6.2 MW turbines. Utilitas Wind and Latvenergo AS jointly placed the order with Vestas, with Utilitas Wind as the project manager. Vestas will provide servicing under an Active Output Management 5000 agreement. Turbine delivery and commissioning are expected in early 2026.
