Funds managed by Actis have acquired Enel SpA’s stakes in Enel Generación Perú SAA and Compania Energetica Veracruz SAC. Actis gains access to a 2.2GW energy generation portfolio in Peru. Actis aims to accelerate renewables growth given the market opportunities in Peru. Actis has a history of investing in Latin American energy. The acquisition strengthens Actis' energy portfolio in Latin America.
