Amea Power begins construction of 24 MW plant in Uganda

Amea Power has initiated the construction of a 24 MW solar project in Uganda's West Nile region. The project, named Ituka, is expected to be operational by the third quarter of 2025. It will play a significant role in Uganda's energy sector, generating renewable energy, powering households, and reducing carbon emissions. Amea Power has also made significant developments in Tunisia and South Africa in the solar energy sector.
