Ancala acquires biomass facility in Croatia

Ancala, an infrastructure management company, has acquired a 5 MW biomass facility in Croatia from renewable energy firm Akuo. Ancala has also acquired a green energy plant named Elektrana Grubišno Polje (EGP) in Croatia. The power plant produces electricity and heat energy. The existing management team led by Laurent Sessa continues to operate the CHP plant. Ancala has invested in critical infrastructure companies and doubled the capacity of their renewables platform in central Europe.
