Arise to sell 40-MW BESS project in Sweden for up to EUR 4m

Arise AB has agreed to sell a 40-MW/80-MWh battery energy storage system project in Sweden to Flower Infrastructure Technologies AB. The project is located within the Kolvallen wind farm in eastern Sweden. The deal is valued at about SEK 45 million with payments scheduled for closing and completion of grid connection. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.
