Arise to sell 40-MW BESS project in Sweden for up to EUR 4m

Arise AB agrees to sell a 40-MW/80-MWh battery energy storage system project in Sweden. The deal with Flower Infrastructure Technologies AB at home is valued at up to about SEK 45 million. The Pajkolen project, located in eastern Sweden, will connect to the existing station. The transaction includes an earn-out option for an additional SEK 15 million. Flower's battery portfolio will reach 270 MW with the addition of the Pajkolen project.
