Canadian Solar ships 6.1 GW of modules in Q1

Canadian Solar, a China-based solar manufacturer, achieved a record-breaking 6.1 GW of solar module shipments in the first quarter of 2023. The company reported a 36% year-on-year revenue growth and plans to list shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Dr. Shawn Qu, the chairman, highlighted the company's strategic focus on solar and battery storage opportunities.
