Centrica bags 100MW of Swedish batteries

Centrica has agreed to acquire 9 'ready to build' battery energy storage projects in Sweden from Fu-Gen AG. These projects will provide grid flexibility and ancillary services in the SE3 region. The first batteries are expected to be operational by 2026.
