Columbus to shed 28.1 MW of shovel-ready PV parks in Poland

Columbus Energy SA has agreed to sell a 28.1-MW portfolio of ready-to-build solar projects to Nyx Renewable Energy Sp zoo, a unit of GoldenPeaks Capital Group. The projects have grid-connection agreements in place. The divestment will occur in tranches. GoldenPeaks Capital Group, a major PV park owner in Poland and Hungary, acquired 69 MWp of solar projects in Poland earlier from R.Power SA Group. Join Renewables Now newsletter for free.
