DOC opens AD/CVD investigation into Southeast Asian solar cells

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has initiated investigations into solar cell imports from Southeast Asia under the antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) tariffs. The investigations are based on a petition raised by the American Alliance for Solar Manufacturing Trade Committee.
