EBRD backs Scatec-Aeolus PV projects in Tunisia with EUR 25m

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) confirmed participation in funding two solar parks in Tunisia. EBRD invested EUR 25 million for projects by Scatec ASA and Toyota Tsusho’s Aeolus SAS. The funding also includes contributions from Proparco, Clean Technology Fund, and Global Environment Facility. Projects to get financing from joint programme of Japanese and Tunisian governments.
