Energy SpA to take control of storage systems installer Enermore

Italian renewable energy storage provider, Energy SpA, has agreed to acquire a 90% stake in Enermore Srl, a system installation firm from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The deal is valued at EUR 2.2 million and is expected to be finalized by the first half of June 2024. Enermore specializes in storage system installation and maintenance consultancy, with a strong presence in the D-A-CH region. The acquisition will enhance Energy Group's expertise in integrating storage systems into power plants.
