Eolus seeks nod for new Swedish onshore wind farm

Swedish renewables developer Eolus Vind AB has filed an application for the construction of an onshore wind farm in western Sweden. The Marback project in Ulricehamn will have eight turbines reaching a height of 250 metres, anticipated to produce 200 GWh of clean electricity annually, meeting the needs of 40,000 households. Additionally, Eolus has recently made an investment decision for three onshore wind farms in Sweden.
