First Solar gets order for 547 MW of thin-film solar panels in US

First Solar Inc has secured a contract to supply 547 MW of its Series 6 Plus Bifacial thin-film photovoltaic modules for multiple solar projects in the US. The order was placed by Birch Creek Energy, focusing on expanding its production capacity in the US.
