France’s Carbon choses locations for R&D center

Panel maker Carbon plans to build a new R&D center in Istres, France, near its module factory in Fos-sur-Mer. The center will focus on TOPCon cells, TOPCon back-contact technology, and perovskites. Carbon will create 200 jobs in the metropolitan area and invest at least €33 million in the project.
