GreenYellow acquires Grow Energy Management and 120MW Polish and Portuguese portfolio

French renewables firm GreenYellow acquires Grow Energy Management (GEM) and its 120MW portfolio of PV projects in Portugal and Poland. The portfolio includes a rooftop solar project in collaboration with Polish supermarket chain Biedronka. Miguel Almeida Henriques, CEO of GEM, leads the new company formed through the share swap. GreenYellow plans significant investment in Poland and Portugal to install 100MW of distributed solar over the next three years.
