HDF Energy cuts ribbon on high-power fuel cell factory in France

Hydrogene de France (HDF) inaugurated the world's first high-power hydrogen fuel cell factory in Blanquefort, France. The factory, located on a former Ford gearbox manufacturing plant site, will produce 1-MW-plus fuel cells. It is part of the HDF Industry project aimed at industrializing multi-megawatt fuel cells. The factory will focus on PEM technology to decarbonize heavy maritime and rail mobility, supporting HDF Energy's global Renewstable hydrogen power plants.
