Indonesia Pertamina NRE to build 500MW solar PV plant in Bangladesh

Pertamina NRE, a subsidiary of Indonesian state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina, signed an MoU with Coal Power Generation Company Bangladesh Limited to build a 500MW solar PV plant in the Maheshkhali area of southeast Bangladesh. The project aims to enhance operational capabilities, drive growth and innovation, and support Bangladesh's national energy security.
