Ireland’s PCRE secures 280 MWp of solar in RESS 4 auction

Dublin-based independent power producer Power Capital Renewable Energy (PCRE) has secured contracts for difference (CfDs) for two solar projects totalling 280 MWp in Ireland’s RESS 4 auction. The projects will be developed in counties Tipperary and Wexford. PCRE has completed four projects with 230 MWp capacity and is constructing an additional 330 MWp for RESS 2. It is contributing towards Ireland's 2030 renewable energy targets.
