Japan's Eneos joins 75-MW Norwegian floating offshore wind project

Japan's Eneos Renewable Energy Corp (ERE) has acquired a 20% stake in the GoliatVIND floating offshore wind farm project in the border between the northern Norwegian Sea and the Barents Sea. GoliatVIND is a demonstration project located at 300 to 400 meters water depth, planning to have five turbines each of 15 MW. It has a grid connection secured via the Goliat FPSO to the Hammerfest region. ERE is the renewable energy arm of Japan's ENEOS Holdings Inc.
