Nordex has received an order from Orsted to supply turbines for a 43MW wind project in Ireland. The project, named Farranrory, will see the installation of nine N133/4800 machines on tubular steel towers. Orsted holds a RESS 3 contract for this wind farm, with completion and commissioning expected in 2026. This project will increase Orsted's total installed capacity in Ireland and Northern Ireland to over 500MW.
