PNE sells 350MW South African PV project

NOA Group has acquired PNE's 350MW Khauta Solar PV facility in South Africa, advancing its renewable energy portfolio. The acquisition brings NOA's total grid-secured assets to around 500MW, with plans to achieve a 5GW target by Q4 2024. NOA is supported by shareholder AIIM and plans to expand its renewable energy portfolio with ongoing project developments. The Khauta cluster in Free State, with projects outside REDZ 5, signifies an advancement in the region's green energy sector.
