Spanish family holding company Pontegadea, led by fast fashion mogul Amancio Ortega, acquires three wind farms in France from EDF Renouvelables. The portfolio includes Champagne Picarde, Montagne Ardechoise, and Les Taillades wind farms. Pontegadea made deals for minority stakes in Spanish wind and solar assets and holds a 5% stake in Enagas Renovable.
