Portuguese regulator invites comments on Tokyo Gas' deal for Windplus

The Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC) has been notified of Tokyo Gas Co Ltd's deal to buy a minority stake in the 25-MW WindFloat Atlantic floating wind farm off the coast of Viana do Castelo municipality. Tokyo Gas will hold a stake of 21.2% in Windplus SA, the operator of the wind park. Ocean Winds holds 65.17% interest in WindFloat Atlantic, while Repsol holds 13.63%.
