Serbia publishes draft environmental protection strategy – green agenda 2024-2033

The Ministry of Environmental Protection of Mining and Energy in Serbia has initiated consultations on the working versions of the Environmental Protection Strategy, Green Agenda for 2024-2033. The strategy focuses on key areas such as climate change, circular economy, reduction of pollution, biodiversity protection, and sustainable food systems. It aligns with the Sofia Declaration and aims to implement EU regulations while mobilizing financial resources for environmental protection measures.
