Shoals files patent complaint for solar connectors, wire harnesses

Shoals Technologies Group, a US solar components supplier, has filed a complaint with the ITC against Hikam America and Voltage, LLC for alleged patent infringements. Shoals components are made in the USA under the 'Big Lead Assembly' brand, known for above-ground installation of push connectors and wire harnesses. The complaint aims to prevent importation of infringing components and has led to legal action in US District Courts.
