SSER, FuturEnergy cut 30MW Lenalea ribbon

SSE Renewables and FuturEnergy Ireland have completed the 30MW Lenalea wind farm in County Donegal, Ireland. The wind farm is a joint venture between SSE Renewables and FuturEnergy Ireland, featuring seven Vestas V117-4.3 MW turbines. The project involves a Corporate Power Purchase Agreement with Microsoft, contributing to their goal of 100% renewable energy by 2025. Additionally, a Community Benefit Fund will be established to support local initiatives. Minister Charlie McConalogue praised the project for its contribution to Ireland's renewable energy targets.
