A Georgia jury has awarded Shaun and Amie Harris $135.5 million in damages due to silt and sediment erosion from a utility-scale solar project constructed by Silicon Ranch and IEA in Stewart County, Georgia. The court found that the companies created a nuisance causing sedimentation in the plaintiffs' wetlands, streams, and lake.
