Vinci to take hold of Swedish renewables developer Helios Nordic

French builder and concessionaire Vinci SA has agreed to acquire Swedish solar and storage developer Helios Nordic Energy AB, expanding its activities and footprint in the Nordic market. Helios Nordic is focused on the northern European market, developing solar and energy storage projects. The acquisition will enhance SunMind's experience in renewable energy projects.
