Corio, Norway's A Energi form strategic offshore wind partnership

Offshore wind developer Corio, part of the Macquarie Group, and Norwegian energy company A Energi have signed a strategic partnership agreement on offshore wind in Norway and Northern Europe. They will collaborate on upcoming Norwegian tenders, explore opportunities in key markets across the Nordics and Northern Europe, and pursue the development of a floating wind farm in the Utsira Nord area off the west coast of Norway. The Norwegian government is set to auction 1.5 GW of floating wind capacity at Utsira in the 2024/25 period.
