Deep Wind grabs rights for up to 1.56 GW offshore Estonia

Norway-based developer Deep Wind Offshore AS has won the right to build a 1.56-GW offshore wind farm in the Baltic Sea in Estonia. The award is the Saare 2.1. site which spans 163.8 square kilometres. Deep Wind Offshore will contribute to the country reaching its climate goals, providing energy security, building value chains, and creating new jobs.
