Luminus files plans for 100MW Belgian battery

Belgian energy producer Luminus has submitted a permit application for a 100MW battery project at the Ringvaart power plant in Ghent. The aim is for the project to be commissioned by the end of 2026. Luminus chief executive Grégoire Dallemagne stated the commitment to renewable energy and providing necessary flexibility on the electricity grid.
