Norsk Hydro ASA announced plans to build a pumped-storage power plant in Luster Municipality as part of a larger hydropower initiative to increase production and reservoir capacity with a minimal environmental footprint. Executive Vice President Kari Ekelund Thorud emphasized on the 'net-zero' loss of prioritized nature.
