Swiss Life acquires Power-to-X player

Investment funds managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers have acquired Norwegian green energy transition platform Vergia. The funds will finance the platform for growth and projects like a flagship green ammonia project in Arendal, Norway. Vergia focuses on alternative energy infrastructure projects in Power-to-X and offshore wind. The project aims to produce green ammonia as an emission-free alternative fuel. Swiss Life Asset Managers aim to contribute to decarbonisation with a focus on renewable energy and sustainable fuels.
