Wind sector services provider MWS takes control of Endiprev

Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS) has acquired a controlling interest in Endiprev, a Portuguese company, to create a global frontrunner in wind power sector services. The merger aims to unify the two companies gradually. Endiprev's management team, including CEO Andre Ribeiro and COO Andre Pereira, remains with the business. MWS offers installation, offshore pre-assembly, blade repair, service, and upgrade campaigns. The company plans to have 3,000 wind turbine technicians globally this year, focusing on Northern Europe, UK, North America, and Australia.
